To get the Most out of Your Session
Schedule your phone session for a time when you will
be completely free from interruptions.
Conduct your phone session in a comfortable, private
space.
Consider using a headset so your body, including your
hands and shoulders, can relax completely.
You may be asked to close your eyes during the session,
so you may wish to lie down or sit with your head comfortably supported.
People often become chilled when they sit for a while;
make sure you are adequately warm, and perhaps have a blanket handy.
How Many Sessions do I need?
The answer, of course, depends on your own personal situation. Some people
get just the boost they need with a single session, while others prefer
regular and ongoing support. The vast majority of people begin to see
results in three to five sessions, and then often feel confident in moving
forward on their own.
How often should I have a session?
Again, this depends on your particular needs, but most people choose to
have a session every one to two weeks. After having reached a comfortable
level of transformation, many clients like to have a monthly session to
keep the momentum of their life flowing easily.
Can I record the session?
Absolutely. Please let Kerstin know if you are taping so she can give
verbal consent to the recording. Phone recorders are inexpensive and available
at consumer electronics stores.
Alternatively, Kerstin can record the session for
you and provide you with a an audio CD for an additional $20.
